Founding Director, Mulholland Institute
Scott is the founding director of Mulholland Institute in Calabasas, overseeing public policy projects concerning the Valley. He also was the founding executive director of the San Fernando Valley Council of Governments and founding chair of the Valley Economic Alliance. He served for 10 years and was president of the Los Angeles City Planning Commission. He has chaired the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and the United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley, among other affiliations. In 2003 he received the Fernando Award for his service to the Valley community. He also is the managing partner of Scott & Associates Law Office in Oxnard.
