Cusumano heads the Burbank-based Cusumano Real Estate Group, known as a Valley leader in apartment rentals, office leasing and senior-living units. It created the 480,000-square-foot Talaria at Burbank complex, which won the Business Journal’s Mixed-Use Project of the Year Award and the Grand Award at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards. Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center’s Cusumano Family Health Center, which was funded by the family, opened recently. The family has backed other initiatives at the hospital, including the Cusumano Family Neuroscience Center and Cusumano Family Radiation Oncology Department at the Disney Family Cancer Center.
