Skeeter was the founder and longtime chief executive of UltraGlas Inc. in Chatsworth; she sold most of the business last year but retained the name and patents. UltraGlas was inducted into the Valley Industry and Commerce Association’s Business Hall of Fame in 2017. She was the Fernando Award recipient last fall. Skeeter is most active now with the Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley, where she is a 14-year board member and serves as its community relations chair. She also chairs the advisory board of Woodbury University’s School of Business, is on the executive board of the Valley Economic Alliance and is co-chair of VICA’s Energy, Environment, Manufacturing and Utilities committee.
