Founder, On Board
Matsuda has been a San Fernando Valley community and business leader for more than 30 years. She opened On Board, a consulting firm, in 2018. She is the former publisher and president of the Business Journal, where she raised the profile of the publication by creating business-focused special events and unique content. She is the chair of the Fernando Awards Foundation, for which she also serves as chair of the 65th annual gala, which will be held Nov. 3 this year and honors exceptional individuals for community service. Matsuda also serves on the board of the Valley Economic Alliance and on the advisory board of the Community Foundation of the Valleys.
