President, Rosenheim & Associates
Rosenheim is head of his eponymous land-use consulting firm of Rosenheim & Associates Inc. Based in Woodland Hills, the firm specializes in land-use entitlements, planning and permitting. Rosenheim is the past chair of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, current chair of Homes 4 Families and serves on the boards of Educate California and the Agoura Hills-Calabasas Community Center Joint Powers Authority. He founded the West Valley Boys & Girls Club in 1992 and has won a number of awards for his community leadership.
