Reinke is a corporate shareholder at the Stradling law firm, recently helping to open the firm’s first office in the Valley area, in Westlake Village. Reinke, who founded Conejo Valley’s BioScience Alliance, has formed a network of leaders in the region’s life science industry; his new law firm is known for its extensive business law expertise, including representing life science clientele. Reinke’s legal expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, advising emerging-growth companies and creating strategic alliances. Reinke co-founded a consumer brand hydration company, and he produces the Gold Coast Executive Forum, which holds a series of invitation-only events for C-level executives and business owners.
