Musella is a Santa Clarita-based public affairs executive with nearly a quarter century of experience in providing strategic communications, government relations and the like. Musella is chair of the Los Angeles County Business Federation and is on the board of the Building Industry Association of Southern California L.A./Ventura Chapter and the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corp. He previously served as vice president of the Public Relations Society of America L.A. Chapter. The Musella Group is a certified LGBTQ+-owned business, and Musella serves on the board of advisors for Equality California, the largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the country
