Cohn leads the employee benefits practice in Los Angeles and Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley office of Heffernan Insurance Brokers. The office handles benefits for more than 400 companies. He also serves as chief executive of JorgensenHR and its subsidiaries Strategies 4 HR and Quad-County HR, a human resources consulting firm in Santa Clarita that assists more than 400 companies. Cohn serves on the boards of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, the Valley Economic Alliance and the California Restaurant Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
