Chief Executive, Tierra del Sol Foundation
During her 33 years with Sunland-based Tierra del Sol Foundation, Lienhard has advocated for the inclusion and value of people with developmental disabilities. The organization provides creative pathways to employment, education, and the arts with a staff of more than 350 people who serve 800 individuals. Lienhard is on the boards of ADP’s StandOut Client Advisory Board and the Valley Economic Alliance. Additionally, she serves on three of California’s Department of Developmental Services Workgroups. She has a doctorate degree from USC in Organizational Change and Leadership.
