Founder, President, illi Commercial Real Estate
Nathanson is the founder and president of illi Commercial Real Estate, a Southern California-based commercial brokerage, property management and investment advisory service firm specializing in multitenant, triple net leased commercial real estate, headquartered in Sherman Oaks. Prior to launching illi in 2007, Nathanson was the director of the San Fernando Valley division of Centers Business Management, the leasing and brokerage arm of La Mancha Development. He previously held roles at CBM and Forest City Enterprises. To date, Nathanson has been a part of almost 4,800 lease and sales transactions and has partnered with or mentored over 150 agents. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
