Principal, Managing Director, Lee & Associates
Caswell is a principal and managing director of Lee & Associates – Los Angeles North/Ventura, a commercial brokerage specializing in industrial assets. He assists landlords, developers, tenants and business owners with their industrial and commercial real estate needs. During his career, Caswell has closed more than 17 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $725 million, primarily in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. Outside of work, he is actively involved in a number of boards including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the American Industrial Real Estate Association. Caswell also serves on the boards of Providence Tarzana Foundation and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
