Co-Founder, Chief Executive, RentSpree
Lucarelli is the chief executive of RentSpree, a company he co-founded with Paul Sirisuphang in 2016. Based in Sherman Oaks, RentSpree is an online rental application service that includes tenant screenings in order to streamline the rental process for both applicants and owners/agents. The software platform is meant to simplify rental agreements by consolidating all facets of the home renting process into one portal. RentSpree has grown its database by partnering with other real estate companies and now serves a client base of over 2 million. Outside of work, Lucarelli is a member of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and Reso, a real estate data development company. Lucarelli has an MBA from Pepperdine University.
