Hartouni is the founder and chief executive of Equity Union Real Estate, a real estate brokerage specializing in residential, luxury and commercial properties in Southern California, based in Sherman Oaks. Since launching the company in March 2022, Equity Union has grown exponentially, today encompassing over 700 real estate agents working out of 11 different office locations. Last year, the firm surpassed $2 billion in sales volume and closed over 2,400 units. Before founding Equity Union, Hartouni was an operating principal at Keller Williams Realty Inc., working out of the Encino and Sherman Oaks offices. The team had over 500 agents and consistently surpassed $2 billion in annual sales volume.
