The company made news recently when it purchased the Motion Picture and Television Fund campus in Woodland Hills for $30 million. California Commercial Investment Group plans to transform the 19-acre site into a 300-unit luxury senior living complex. The property had been used as a farm to grow fruits and vegetables.
