Pendergraft has consulted with business owners and their families since 1992 on such matters as employee benefits, business and personal insurance planning and health care compliance. He is a senior producer with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., which in May announced its acquisition of Leavitt Insurance Services in Woodland Hills, where Pendergraft long worked. He is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and served as board president for the local chapter. Active in the community, he supports Healing Arts Reaching Kids, and he’s president of the North Hollywood Policy Activity League, among others. He is a vice chair of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association.
