Managing Director, ICON CDC
As managing director of ICON CDC and its Business Source Center programs, Barragan is responsible for the largest small business-assistance organization in the San Fernando Valley. Over the last 20 years, ICON CDC has served over 10,000 businesses and created hundreds of jobs. Barragan is also the executive director of the California Community Economic Development Association, a 200-member organization committed to community revitalization in diverse urban and rural neighborhoods across California. Between 2015 and 2018, Barragan served as chair and vice chair of the inaugural Federal Reserve Board of Governors Community Advisory Council. He is also the vice chair of the Child Development Institute, a San Fernando Valley-based child development organization.
