Clark, the head of Advanced Development Programs – also known as Skunk Works – succeeded Jeff Babione. He is responsible for leading all development activities and personnel across the enterprise, engaging with a diverse customer community and setting priorities. Clark has been at Lockheed for more than 24 years, most recently serving as vice president of the engineering and technology division, where he ensured the integrity of products and processes, supported technical concept development, and managed more than 8,000 engineers. He also served as vice president of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Skunk Works.
