Olson is a lawyer and author in Westlake Village. Her law and mediation practice centers on business succession planning, asset preservation, special-needs trusts and family protection planning for seniors, notably veterans. She is serving a two-year term on the board of governors for the 6th District of the California Women Lawyers. She founded and directs a pro bono panel of attorneys called Legal Concerns on which she oversees lawyers in eldercare, advising seniors and caregivers in estate planning. She is certified as an Alzheimer’s disease and dementia-care trainer and author of a series of books titled “You’re not Alone” with emphasis on living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
