Chair, Employment Practice Group, Lewitt, Hackman, Shapiro Marshall and Harlan
Bendavid is chair of the employment practice group at the Encino-based Lewitt Hackman law firm. She oversees litigation, counseling and transactions, representing employers in matters from claims prevention and training to individual and class-action lawsuits. She is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, where she has served as trustee, officer, chair of various committees and president. She is on the board of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and chairs its Labor and Employment committee. She graduated cum laude with honors with an undergraduate degree in political science from California State University – Northridge and received her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
