Founding and Managing Partner, Gaines & Stacey
Gaines is the founding and managing partner of Gaines & Stacey, a Woodland Hills law firm that provides counsel on land-use and real estate matters. He is chair of the Valley Economic Alliance and formerly served as chair of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association. Gaines served 10 years on the Calabasas City Council and twice served as mayor. He received the Harmon Ballin Community Service Award from VICA in 2005, the Justice Armand Arabian Leaders in Public Service Award in 2019 and was the Los Angeles Jewish Home Circle of Life Honoree last year. His firm was inducted into VICA’s Business Hall of Fame in 2019.
