Digital Insight Anchors New Client

An Alaska bank has chosen Digital Insight Corp. to provide its Internet banking, business banking and online bill payment services, the company announced. Northrim Bank, of Anchorage, entered into a multi-year agreement with Calabasas-based Digital Insights based on its ability to seamlessly integrate with technology partners, the company said. The agreement positions Northrim to better serve its customers and grow its business through the online channel, said Vice President of Electronic Banking Services Kelly Lykins-Longlet. “After an extensive vendor selection process, we determined that Digital Insight is best able to provide our personal banking and business banking customers with a broad range of online products and services from within a secure environment,” Lykins-Longlet said. Through Digital Insight, Northrim’s personal banking customers can access online bill payment, check imaging and reorder checks. Business banking customers can access features such as web pay and check imaging. “Digital Insight’s on-demand service platform and our proprietary marketing programs help financial institutions improve their business results by enabling them to eliminate the burden of managing in-house solutions and to focus on serving highly profitable online customers,” said Digital Insight Chairman, President and CEO Jeff Stiefler.
