Western Commercial Bank’s board of directors is searching for a replacement for its CEO, who has resigned, the Woodland Hills-based bank announced. Carl W. Raggio III, president of Western Commercial Bank and WCB Holdings, Inc. stepped down as CEO of the bank. His resignation became effective June 22. Raggio was a founding member of the company, which opened in 2006.
