InterMetro Communications, which several months ago filed its intention to go public, said today that it planned to open on the American Stock Exchange next week. The Simi Valley based Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network said it plans to offer 2.2 million shares at prices ranging from $8 to $10. At that price, InterMetro would raise about $16.7 million, funds it plans to use to finance growth and acquisitions.
