Wyard has served as chief executive of Northeast Valley Health Corp. since 1996. A native San Fernando Valley resident, Wyard joined NEVHC in 1974. Under her leadership, the company has expanded to 18 health centers that provide over 400,000 medical visits to 82,000 patients annually. In 2021, NEVHC was recognized as a Health Hero by the Fernando Awards and inducted into the Valley Industry & Commerce Association Hall of Fame. This year, Wyard received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Community Health Centers.
