Haimoff is the founder and executive managing director for Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc., a full-service commercial brokerage firm specializing in industrial, office, retail, land and multifamily properties, as well as investment services and property management based in Encino. Haimoff has won numerous awards and recognitions, including being given an exclusive Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. He launched a mentorship program in 2016. Prior to founding Spectrum Commercial, Haimoff was an executive managing director of NAI Capital, a role he led for nearly 16 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in sociology, criminology and criminal justice from California State University, Northridge.
