The Antelope Valley Medical Center dedicated a rose on this year’s OneLegacy Rose Parade float to honor organ, eye and tissue donors and held an oath of office ceremony.

Kaiser Permanente honored Carmen Segura and Francoise Bolder as part of its Everyday Heroes program. 

The Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital hosted its annual Adopt-a-Family program and a rose dedication ceremony with OneLegacy, an organ procurement organization.

The 19th annual Motor4Toys Charity Car Show and Toy Drive was held Dec. 4.

The Valley Economic Alliance added 14 new board members during its annual meeting in December, who will work with 70 returning board members. 

An installation ceremony for new Valley Economic Alliance board members, which was officiated by California Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin, took place at the Calabasas City Hall Founders Hall. Representatives from the organization’s five partner cities were in attendance.
