Inland Real Estate Group through its Inland REIT has acquired a 687,000-square-foot retail portfolio that includes the purchase of Northpark Village Square in Valencia for $63.4 million.
The $278 million portfolio also includes Rusty Leaf Plaza in Orange, as well as properties in Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Northpark Village Square, located at 27756 McBean Parkway, is anchored by a Ralphs supermarket. It has about 87,100 square feet of space.
All of the retail centers except for one acquired by Inland REIT are anchored by a grocery store.
