Delinquent home payments on home loans by Calabasas-based Countrywide Financial Corp. held steady during February, the company reported Monday. Loans late 30 days or more were 4.7 percent of total loans services, the same amount in January, but more than 4.29 percent higher than the same 2006 period. The company also announced that nearly 20 percent of subprime loans for others were late and that it extended 10 percent more mortgages during the month to $35 billion.
