New Lawyer A Litigator

Westlake Village-based law firm Nevers Palazzo Packard Wildermuth & Wynner recently grew its ranks with the addition of associate Victor Balladares.

Balladeres has experience in litigation disputes in arbitration, state courts and federal courts. He has litigated insurance, mass injury product liability and warranty cases.

“NPW had a need in its business and real estate litigation department for an experienced litigator,” the firm’s leadership wrote in an email to the Business Journal.

Balladares wrote in an email that joining the firm means “being a part of something much greater than myself and getting the privilege to work alongside and learn from some of the best legal minds who also make me feel like family.”

With Balladares’ addition, the firm currently has seven associates and plans to add one to two corporate transactional attorneys to help with its mergers and acquisitions practice.

NPW recently moved to a larger, more modern suite in the same building they were in before that also allowed the firm to update its technology, firm leadership wrote.
