Tudor Office Building Sells for $5.4 Million

The Tudor office building in Woodland Hills has sold for $5.4 million, or $228.68 per square foot. According to CoStar, Brin Hamblin, Ryan Rothstein-Serling, Steven Schechter and Martin Agnew of Marcus & Millichap Inc.’s Encino headquarters served as listing agents for recorded seller 20631 Ventura Partnership. Information regarding the brokers for buyer Bluestone Estate LLC was not available. Unconventional in design, the edifice, located at 20631 Ventura Blvd., has been a local fixture since 1982. The three-story, Warner Center building covers 23,614 square feet. Real estate firm Westcom Property Services, occupying 4,176 square feet, leads the building’s 18 tenants, which also includes First American Properties and Acquisitions, manufacturer Label Daddy, Woodland Hills Pharmacy and Park Lane Homeowners Association.
