Preview: New Normal Office

Coworking locations have proliferated in the Valley region as lone entrepreneurs, startups and small companies find the format’s economics and space flexibility work in their favor. The 29 venues on the Business Journal’s first Coworking Locations list offer space configurations varying from office suites to non-dedicated “hot desks” on demand, with most of the sites managed by large coworking operators. In addition to space, the coworking landlord may provide amenities that include ping pong tables, conference rooms and even in-house networking or educational events.
