NBCUniversal’s Chief Executive Steve Burke took home $46.5 million last year, slightly more than the $46 million in 2017, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. Burke earned 30 percent more than his boss Brian Roberts, chairman of parent company Comcast Corp. Roberts made $32.5 million last year. Burke also earned more than Robert Iger, chief executive of Burbank-based Walt Disney Co., who made $36.3 million. Base salary for Burke totaled $2.88 million. He received $15.3 million in stock options, $5.3 million in stock, $8.5 million in incentive bonuses and $10.1 in deferred retirement compensation. NBCUniversal is headquartered in New York, but has extensive operations and a theme park in Universal City. Parent Comcast Corp. is based in Philadelphia.
