Panoptic Proposes 154-Unit Warner Center Project

Panoptic Development has unveiled its proposed mixed-use project near Warner Center’s Orange Line, as reported by Urbanize.LA. The Woodland Hills residential-retail development, to occupy what is currently a parking lot at the northwest corner of Canoga Avenue and Vanowen Street at 6801 Canoga Ave., would be located directly across the street from the 47-acre former Rocketdyne land that Mall of America owner Triple Five Group Ltd. has purchased from United Technologies Corp. Designed by Calabasas-based Ken Stockton Architects Inc., Panoptic’s six-story, mid-rise structure would feature 154 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments plus a fitness center, common spaces and dog park. The building’s rental units would be situated above ground-floor retail space and two levels of parking. Pasadena-based Panoptic intends to break ground on the project this summer.
