Moorpark Warehouse Sells for $6.13 Million

VZD Industrial Investments LLC has purchased a warehouse at 14399 Princeton Ave. in Moorpark for $6.13 million, according to CoStar Group. The 45,945-square-foot warehouse sold for $133 per square foot. VZD, headed by Woodland Hills-based Martin Kavinoky, bought the 1987-built warehouse from MCA Realty Inc. The industrial property currently has one tenant: Turbonetics Inc., an original equipment manufacturer of turbochargers, heat exchangers and pressure control components for motorsport, industrial and military sectors.
