Simi Medical Building Sold

Rand Medical Building in Simi Valley has sold for $2.9 million, according to commercial brokerage Marcus & Millichap in Calabasas. The 19,833-square-foot medical office property is located at 1633 Erringer Road. The property was 75 percent leased at the time of sale and sold all cash to a buyer who plans to occupy a portion of the building, the brokerage said. Gregory Mills, senior managing director of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office, represented the seller, an individual trust.
