Thousand Oaks construction company Wesely Thomas has leased space in Westlake Village for its new headquarters, which will be nearly twice as large as its existing location. The company will occupy a 7,500-square-foot portion of a 37,000-square-foot building at 4580 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. in the North Ranch Corporate Center. The three-story property, built in 2004, is far newer than the company’s current location at 250 Lombard St. in Thousand Oaks, which was built in 1983. The company is relocating to make room for a 20-percent growth spurt this past year, according to Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Westlake Village. Westcord’s Brett Saunders and Tony Principe negotiated the lease on behalf of Wesely Thomas, while Michael Foxworthy of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented Scheu Development. In May, the Simi Valley developer bought the building for $9 million, adding it to the other four buildings it owns in the office park. Renovations to the building are currently underway. Wesely Thomas is a general contractor which also provides design/build services, high-tech remodels and construction services for industries including health care, manufacturing and entertainment.
