NoHo Apartment Sold for $10 Million

A 10-unit apartment building in North Hollywood has traded hands for $2.4 million, according to Calabasas brokerage Marcus & Millichap Inc. The property at 10800 Hesby Street was purchased by PI Properties No. 146/Positive Investments Inc., a real estate investment firm in Arcadia The seller was a North Hollywood limited liability company named Del Sol Hesby. The two-story building, built in 1963, is a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Filip Niculete, associate vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap, and Travis Jourdain, an associate in the brokerage’s Encino office, arranged the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
