Mission Valley Bank Promotes Executives

Mission Valley Bank has promoted two executives to senior vice president positions, the financial institution announced Wednesday. Jahun Smith is now senior vice president and regional sales manager and Roy Fisher has become senior vice president and operations administrator at the Sun Valley-based bank. “We are very excited to continue to promote our team as we look to the future growth of Mission Valley Bank,” Chief Executive Tamara Gurney said in a prepared statement. Smith has been with Mission Valley since 2007 as a vice president and branch manager in the Sun Valley location. Fisher joined the bank in 2014 as vice president and branch manager for the business banking center in Santa Clarita. In his new role he will oversee branch operations, centralized operations and the e-banking department. Shares remained unchanged at $8.06 on the over-the-counter market.
