Hotel to Open in Thousand Oaks

A 93-room TownePlace Suites hotel has opened in Thousand Oaks. The hotel at 1712 Newbury Road includes studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens and living areas. TownPlace is a Marriott brand. Valencia-based Ocean Park Hotels owns and manages the property. The company opened another hotel, Courtyard Thousand Oaks, nearby in December.
