ERP Power LLC has acquired Lumenetix, a Northern California manufacturer of tunable LED lamps for the lighting market.

Financial terms of the deal between ERP Power, in Moorpark, and Lumenetix, in Scotts Valley, were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004, ERP designs and manufactures small, smart and connected LED electronics for architectural, commercial and industrial lighting applications. It is owned by Angeles Equity Partners LLC in Santa Monica.
