Princess Cruises Shakes Up Leadership Team

Princess Cruises is reorganizing its leadership team. The Santa Clarita company has promoted seven executives to new positions and hired a new vice president, the company announced Friday. Princess Cruises is a subsidiary of Miami-based Carnival Corp., which owns 10 cruise line brands including Carnival Cruise Line and Holland America Line Seabourn. Executives taking on new positions at Princess Cruises include Anthony Kaufman, who has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of Princess Cruises and three other Carnival divisions; Kelly Clark, who has taken over as general counsel for all Carnival divisions; Deanna Austin, who has been promoted to chief commercial officer; Simeon Waldron, who has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer for Princess Cruises and Carnival Australia; Stuart Allison, who has been has been promoted to senior vice president of Asia-Pacific operations; Neil Rippon, who has been promoted to vice president of product management; and Shelley Wise, who has been promoted to vice president of integrated marketing. Lorna Warren has joined Princess Cruises as vice president of guest services.
