DTS Acquires App Developer

Audio technology company DTS Inc. has acquired All in Media, a company that develops smartphone apps for radio stations, the company announced Thursday. Terms of the deal between DTS, in Calabasas, and All in Media, in London, were not disclosed. DTS is a subsidiary of Tessera Holding Corp. in San Jose.
