Dwyer is a senior vice president at CBRE Group Inc., based out of the firm’s Ventura office. He has more than 32 years of experience and specializes in office and investment properties in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County marketplace. In the last five years alone, Dwyer and his partners have completed over 800 transactions valued at close to $850 million. They average 160 transactions per year. Dwyer has been named to CBRE’s top 200 national brokers list three times. Prior to joining CBRE, Dwyer was a property and leasing manager at Insignia Commercial Group Inc., and before that, at Sares-Regis Group. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge. Dwyer is the manager of Foothill Little League.
