Principe is head of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Thousand Oaks. As a 37-year veteran and top producer specializing in office properties, Principe has completed over 3,500 sales and lease transactions totaling more than $4 billion. Principe is co-managing partner with his father, Rick Principe, of T.R. Funding, which has completed over 50 value-add and ground-up commercial projects throughout Southern California. T.R. Funding also develops Finish Line Auto Clubs, collector car-storage facilities that include projects in Orange County, Westlake Village, and Palm Desert and Calabasas. He has served as chair and president of numerous nonprofits, among other civic involvements.
