Pearson is a commercial real estate veteran who exclusively represents occupants of office and industrial space. Pearson transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield last year after the firm purchased Cresa Partners of Los Angeles, where Pearson had worked for 25 years. He now serves as the senior director of Cushman’s Tenant Advisory Group. In addition to helping negotiate leases, he helps his clients with tenant improvements, purchasing furniture, and hiring team members Pearson, who works with his wife, Lindy, is a second-generation San Fernando Valley native and has served on several Valley-area nonprofit boards, including the Child and Family Guidance Center and Child Care Resource Center.
