As President of Lee & Associates – L.A. North/Ventura since January 2004, Tingus has consistently ranked as one of the top-producing brokers in the region each year. Tingus recently transacted the largest industrial lease ever recorded in the Conejo Valley. Tingus was awarded Broker of the Year at the Business Journal’s annual Commercial Real Estate Awards last year. He was appointed to the Initial Planning Commission for the city of Calabasas in 1993 and served five two-year terms, including two of those years as chairman.
