Senior Associate, Cushman & Wakefied
After seven years at Cresa, Pearson transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield last year when the firm purchased three Cresa offices, which had locations in Westlake Village and Woodland Hills. As a senior associate, she works in tenant representation and corporate services alongside husband Rick Pearson. She represents companies throughout the San Fernando and Conejo valleys, helping them locate office and industrial space. Active in the community, Pearson is a member of Association for Corporate Growth 101 Corridor chapter and The Exchange and Provisors networking organizations. She also serves on the board of ONEgeneration and is co-chair of Child and Family Guidance Center’s Development Committee.
