Industrial real estate broker DeGrinis is a vice chair at Newmark. Over the past decade, Team DeGrinis has completed transactions totaling over 43 million square feet and $2.8 billion. After operating at Colliers International, Team DeGrinis joined Newmark in 2019. Landlords whom DeGrinis has represented include Rexford Industrial Realty, Sares Regis Group, Stream Realty, Link Industrial Properties and Xebec Development Group, while tenants include LA North Studios, ESP Guitars, Pentair Pool Products, DrinkPAK and Tires Warehouse. DeGrinis is past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors – Greater Los Angeles Chapter and AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
