Assemblymember, California State Assembly
Gabriel, who has served as an assemblymember since 2018, represents the 46th Assembly District, which encompasses much of the San Fernando Valley. Prior to this, he was a constitutional rights and general litigation attorney. He serves as chair of the Privacy and Consumer Protection Committee and sits on the Banking and Finance, Higher Education, and Housing and Community Development Committees. A committed environmentalist and longtime community activist, Gabriel previously served on the boards of the Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
