Gaspar is the founder and chief executive of Gaspar Insurance Services. A lifelong entrepreneur, Gaspar ran a number of businesses while attending California State University – Northridge. His insurance company has more than 60 team members and is one of the largest independent insurance firms in the San Fernando Valley. Additionally, in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Gaspar Insurance was ranked by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in America. Gaspar is on the board of Discovery Cube Los Angeles, Metro Los Angeles YMCA, Nazarian School Advisory Board at CSUN and West Valley YMCA. He is also the founder of the Timothy Gaspar Entrepreneurship Scholarship at CSUN.
